Pathao Parcel Deliveries [Instant Deliveries]
Pathao parcel deliveries will be sent through Pathao Parcel services and the delivery will be made within the time frame shown by the Pathao application. The Pathao application and all information and charges shown on the Pathao application are the sole responsibility of Pathao ltd. The deliveries are usually made within the day if ordered atleast two hours before closing time.
The payment of Pathao Parcel delivery services are to be prepaid as Pathao riders are unable to collect cash/ payment. Prepayments can be sent through bKash or CityTouch BEFTN transfers. Please note that the proof of payment must be sent to one of our contact platforms i.e Whatsapp and Facebook Page.
Pathao Parcel deliveries can only be sent inside Dhaka city.
Cash on Delivery (COD) - 3rd Party [Standard Deliveries]
Cash on Delivery shipments are sent through third party services such as Ecourier.com.bd. Deliveries are usually delivered within 72 hours from the time of order confirmation. Though not usual but deliveries may get delayed to unforseen events. System notifications will be sent to the customers phone number about the status of the shipment from Ecourier messaging system.
Cash on Delivery services are accepted through Dhaka city only. Cash on Deliveries outside Dhaka city is still under processing and will be announced as soon as it becomes available.
Please note that calls where a customer is able to choose the delivery time is made before the delivery is sent out. If deliveries are not collected within the time frame allocated by the customer, Evolution Vapes reserves the right to ban any further cash on delivery orders with/ without notification from the orderer. The ban times vary and may be permanent depending on the situation.
Deliveries Outside Dhaka City
Deliveries outside Dhaka city will be sent through courier systems such as Shundarban and SA Paribahan. Deliveries usually take 24-48 hours to reach the client hub. Deliveries outside Dhaka are usually not home delivered but delivered to a customer pick-up-point office of the couriers for collection. Please note that for orders outside Dhaka to be confirmed, the payment needs to be prepaid for the services in advance. Charges such as bKash and courier charge will be added to the order value.
We refrain from sending hardwares from outside Dhaka through courier as they may get damaged and since hardwares do not come with warranty to Bangladesh, it is not possible to replace the units. We strongly suggest refraining from ordering hardwares outside Dhaka through standard courier.
